The association is a constructive partner in the dialogue with institutions and an active participant in the processes of improving health and social policies in the country.
The Association of Long-Term Care Providers (ALCP) is a voluntary, independent and non-governmental association of legal entities providing medical and social services.
Established in May 2025, the association arose as a response to the need for a strong, organized and representative body to protect the interests of providers and contribute to the development of professional care in Bulgaria.
ALCP works to improve the quality of medical and social services, build sustainable partnerships with institutions, and actively participate in the legislative and strategic processes related to health and social policy in the country.
Vision: Our long-term goal is for medical and social service providers to be a recognized, sustainable and equal partner in building an effective, fair and human care system in Bulgaria.
Mission: To unite, represent and support providers of medical and social services in Bulgaria, promoting high professional and ethical standards, sustainable development, protection of members’ interests, fair competition and active participation in shaping the country’s health and social policy.

The Association of Long-Term Care Providers (ALCP) was established in May 2025 by a group of organizations united by a common vision for the development of the medical and social services in the country.
The founders are active providers, proven with many years of practice, professionalism and commitment to quality care.

Any legal entity providing legitimate medical and social services can become a member of the ALPC (more information in the application document).
